Underground parking – new resuscitation?

Viktor Lyashko said that every hospital that will be built in Ukraine will have an underground parking lot as another floor of a medical facility in conditions of war and other emergencies. This was stated by the Minister of Health of Ukraine during a working visit to the destroyed and still operating hospitals in Kharkiv region.

Moreover, the Minister noted that all underground gas supply systems necessary for resuscitation will be laid in such underground parking lots, which can become new resuscitation halls in a few minutes.

In this case, the hospital will be able to fully continue its work and have everything necessary to save patients. Updated planning is also planned for hospitals that will be rebuilt after the Russian invasion. We hope that this approach will really be implemented, and our team starts to study which planning decision will be the most successful!

We will remind that for today because of war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine 324 hospitals are damaged, 24 among them are completely destroyed.
