Reconstruction of the own non-residential building of the vegetable storage for the establishment of a medical center

Structure:

1st floor:

• Entrance group with a waiting area and an examination area for patients
• Administrative premises
• PCR laboratory

2nd floor:

• Operating unit
• Chamber department with PIT
• Treatment and preparation rooms (procedural, manipulation, enema room)

Task:

1. Analysis of goals and objectives of the future medical center
2. Review and description of the building to coordinate the future architecture according to international standards for medical facilities
3. Replanning of internal premises at the “PROJECT” stage, in accordance with national and European standards
4. Development and approval of medical technology for internal premises to obtain rational use of working areas and patient spaces
5. Creating a BIM model
6. Development of the design of the facade, landscape area and ward department
7. Recommendations for furnishing the premises of a medical and preventive institution
