STAINLESS STEEL SURGICAL SCRUB SINKS
The BAWER Stainless Steel Surgical Scrub Sink is designed for environments such as operating rooms and laboratories where there is maximum need in terms of hygiene and functionality.
It is free of sharp edges in order to ensure the safety of the staff, the absence of water retention areas, simplifying the periodic sanitization activities. The welds are carried out with qualified personnel and a certified process. The scrub sink is equipped with a front wall with a basin body formed by a single piece, seamless, for a perfect hygiene of the surface. The washbasins are supplied with a 1-meter stainless steel hose, including Y-filters.
Made entirely of AISI 304 (1.4301, X5CrNi1810) stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8-2.0mm. Washbasin body with a depth of about 320mm, shaped with anti-splash functionality, with a slope angle of 2°. The wall support structure in stainless steel allows to fix the suspended washbasin to any wall types by using 2 vertical uprights and optionally 2 horizontal ones. The panels can be removed to allow ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. Rosette drain and siphon connection are included. The water drainage on the bottom of the washbasin is an important feature. Drainage is guaranteed by the elegant diamond shape that facilitates the water flow, a care of BAWER solutions.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
Washbasin can be set up with the following sources (supplied assembled or in kit form) and with the following optional accessories:
• wall supply source with photocell control and manual mixer;
• wall supply source with photocell control and concealed thermostatic mixer;
• wall supply source with single clinical lever;
• wall supply source with knee control and concealed thermostatic mixer;
• wall supply source with pedal control and concealed thermostatic mixer;
• wall supply source combined with knee control and photocell, concealed thermostatic mixer;
• 2 perforated crosspieces which distribute the weight of the washbasin over the entire length (for possible positioning on walls with plasterboard, HPL, Corian® support);
• battery-powered 500ml automatic soap dispenser;
• manual soap dispenser with elbow lever 500ml;
• universal manual soap dispenser with elbow lever;
• brush dispenser;
• programmable magnetic timer for water supply;
• antibacterial filter fitted to the supply source using a special fitting, duration 30 days;
• drain siphon for connection to the drain;
• bottom closing panel of the washbasin.
