Simplex Trolley
The Simplex BAWER trolley is designed for the transport of instruments and all that is necessary in sterile areas, decontamination, packaging. The product is completely made of AISI 304 (1.4301, X5CrNi1810) stainless steel with a satin finish. All parts of the trolley are made and assembled with materials and technologies such as to allow it to withstand mechanical and chemical stresses over time, also determined by washing, disinfection and antiseptic treatment procedures.
In standard configuration, the Simplex trolley is equipped with:
• 1 self-supporting structure in tubular section Ø27×2, which
creates a single body with the shelves in order to improve the
structural and anti-torsion performance;
• up to 2 push handles in an ergonomic front position integrated
into the structure;
• up to 3 fixed stainless steel work shelves, with perimeter anti-overflow processing that creates a depth of 15mm;
• the shelves can safely bear a maximum distributed load of 50kg each;
• the upper tray is positioned at a height of 900mm from the ground.
In the extra capacity configuration, the shelves can support a uniformly distributed load of 100kg each. It is made up of:
• 2 swivelling wheels, twin, silent and non-marking, diameter Ø75mm, with support in polyamide, rolling band in thermoplastic polyurethane, Shore A92 hardness, dynamic capacity 90kg;
• 2 swivelling wheels, twin, silent and non-marking, diameter Ø75mm, with single brake, support in polyamide, wheel centre in polypropylene, tread in electrically conductive thermoplastic rubber, Shore A92 hardness, dynamic load capacity 70kg;
• 4 silicone rubber bumpers, optionally equipped with bushings to allow rotation during shock absorption.
