PASS-THROUGH CABINETS
MAIN FEATURES
The structure is free of visible couplings mounting elements, has removable parts for maintenance and the feet are adjustable from the inside. The interlocking system (where present) allows the opening/closing that occurs manually by activating backlighted red/green LED buttons (to communicate the authorization/change of the system). Optionally it is possible to equip the devices with RX protection (equivalent to Pb 1-2-3 mm).
The illuminated buttons are equipped with a removable screw plate for complete maintenance and 2/4 electromechanical locks, with electronic control (compliant with the EN 60601-1 standard) with release and push of the leaf; the systems are also equipped with spaces for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
BAWER pass-through cabinets are designed to transfer materials between two environments with different level of contamination.
PASS-BOX (8206)
BAWER pass-through box is equipped with leaf doors in stainless steel or doors equipped with multi-layered VISARM 22.1 glass insert (UNI EN ISO 12543-2) and categorized as anti-wound (2B2), designed to allow a rapid visual control.
PASS-THROUGH CABINET (8216)
The Pass-Through Cabinet is equipped with one or two leaf blind doors in stainless steel or glass leaf doors VISARM 22.1, two LED lights push buttons, 4 electromechanical locks. Each leaf door is equipped with ergonomic anti-shock handle, EPDM dust seal, adjustable hinges, magnetic hold devices.
PASS-THROUGH CABINET FOR TROLLEYS (8226)
The pass-through cabinet for trolleys is made with the same features of the other pass-through modules and is equipped with 2 walkable ramps (one for each side), with a slope angle designed to facilitate the access of the trolleys.
SINGLE PASS-THROUGH WINDOW (8236)
The BAWER vertical sliding single pass-through window is designed to facilitate the operations of transferring items and tools between areas with different degrees of contamination. The “sash” window design is intended for those structures where the horizontal space of the walls is limited and casement windows cannot be installed. The window can be opened (optionally) from both sides by acting on the ergonomic and easy-to-grip BAWER design handle in AISI 304 stainless steel, integrated into the sliding frame in laminated VISARM 33.1 glass. The precision sliding vertical tracks are equipped with asystem of counterweighted pulleys and ropes in AISI 316 stainless steel which facilitates the opening of the door and keeps the window open. Equipped with 2 front panels in AISI 304 stainless steel, removable with screws, for inspection and maintenance. Each sliding glass plate is supplied complete with the BAWER design anti-fall safety device, which intervenes in the event that the steel ropes are accidentally (or maliciously) cut, safeguarding the operator’s safety.
DOUBLE PASS-THROUGH WINDOW (8246)
The BAWER double pass-through window is designed to facilitate the operations of transferring articles and tools between areas with different degrees of contamination. The window design has two interlocked vertical sliding elements which do not allow the windows to open simultaneously. The release takes place manually by pressing the backlit buttons (Red/Green) to communicate consent/change of the system. It is equipped with 2 front panels in AISI 304 stainless steel, removable with screws, for inspection and maintenance. Each sliding glass plate is supplied complete with the BAWER design anti-fall safety device, which intervenes in the event that the steel ropes are accidentally (or maliciously) cut, safeguarding the operator’s safety.
COMBO PASSBOX (8256)
The COMBO passbox is an integrated pass-through module (pass-through window and pass-box), to improve the spaces and ergonomics of the working area.
