INSTRUMENTS TABLE
The BAWER instruments table, completely made of satin finish AISI 304 (1.4301, X5CrNi1810) stainless steel, is designed to support instruments and everything needed in the operating room.
MAIN FEATURES
The worktop is made in a single piece of stainless steel, with no sharp and/or cutting edges, integrated into a marine birch plywood support; the top can safely bear a maximum load of 80kg evenly distributed. The load-bearing frame of the worktop is made of 40×40 stainless steel tubing with a thickness of 1.5 mm, welded to create a slim “H” structure; all the welded edges have been ground and satin finished, to offer maximum durability and aesthetic performance over time. Fixed to the stainless steel base are 2 silent, non-marking twin swivel wheels with a diameter of Ø75mm, with polyamide support, rolling band in thermoplastic polyurethane, Shore A92 hardness, dynamic load capacity 90kg and 2 silent, non-marking twin swivel wheels in diameter Ø75mm, with simple brake, support in polyamide, wheel center in polypropylene, tread in electrically conductive thermoplastic rubber, Shore A92 hardness, dynamic load capacity 70kg. All wheels are equipped with silicone rubber bumpers.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
Optionally, the top can be equipped with a rear upright structure, supplied in an assembly kit, designed to accommodate sheets with a height of 400mm, made of a Ø27mm stainless steel tube structure and with a thickness of 2mm in a standard satin finish. Upon request, the rear structure can be completed with 4-6 removable instrument holder hooks with BAWER Design quick coupling.
