Hinged Door Wall
Designed to increase containment and storage service in all environments even in sterile areas; they are equipped with non-visible hooks and can be integrated in modular form. The BAWER wall unit can be fixed and adjusted in height and depth using the integrated fixing bar.
The structure is completely made of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301, X5CrNi1810) with a satin finish (matte finish), designed and guaranteed to maintain hygiene inside, as it has no visible fasteners and connections.
In the basic configurations, the wall cabinet is equipped with:
side walls and doors made of composite and cellular materials to increase structural characteristics and improve sound and vibration absorption
rear anti-torsion design
back plates with ø11 mm hole for wall mounting (screws and dowels not included)
atraumatic handle in an ergonomic position at a height of about 1100 mm from the ground
Bawer Design hinges made of stainless steel, adjustable vertically and horizontally, opening angle 180°
integrated magnetic door holders
EPDM dust seal on the inner perimeter
0.8mm stainless steel shelves with adjustable quick-connect hooks
safe working load per shelf is 60 kg
an integrated set of hangers (invisible) and a locking bar that allows adjust the height and depth of the wall cabinet
all door frames are welded, polished and cleaned with a brush, which prevents the accumulation of dirt and excludes personnel injuries
the design has no visible fasteners and connections, which ensures easier cleaning and better hygiene
the medicine cabinet has plates for wall mounting
the sides and doors are made of double-layer satin stainless steel, internally filled with sound-absorbing material

Additionally supplied:
Door with VISARM (UNI EN ISO 12543-2) laminated safety glass insert and classified as 2B2 against injuries, made of two 2 mm thick glass sheets and fixed to the door with removable stainless steel profiles.Roof Designed to avoid dust accumulation and provide better disinfection. It is 200mm high and comes with mounting screws for the clutch (supplied) decoration of the frame. Frontal and/or side decorative frames installed in assembly kits complete the decoration of the furniture, if they are built into the wall or in the composition.
