Flex Trolley
The Flex BAWER trolley is designed for the transport of instruments and all that is necessary in sterile areas, decontamination, packaging. The product is completely made of AISI 304 (1.4301, X5CrNi1810) stainless steel with a satin finish. All parts of the trolley are made and assembled with materials and technologies such as to allow it to withstand mechanical and chemical stresses over time, also determined by washing, disinfection and antiseptic treatment procedures.
In standard configuration, the Flex trolley is equipped with:
• 1 self-supporting structure in tubular section Ø27×2, which creates a single body with the shelves in order to improve the structural and anti-torsion performance;
• 2 push handles in an ergonomic front position integrated into the structure;
• 2 fixed stainless steel work shelves, with perimeter anti-overflow processing that creates a depth of 15mm; the shelves can safely bear a maximum distributed load of 150kg each;
• the upper tray is positioned at a height of 900mm from the ground.
• 4 swivelling wheels, twin, silent and non-marking, diameter Ø125mm, wheel centre in polyamide, tread in thermoplastic polyurethane, with thread guards, precision ball bearing, dynamic capacity 110kg, of which n. 2 with double acting brake and electrically conductive;
• 4 silicone rubber bumpers equipped with bushings to allow rotation during shock absorption.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
Can be equipped with the following accessories supplied in assembly kit:
• perimeter railing on one or both shelves (lower and upper), on three or four sides, made of Ø8mm AISI 304 stainless steel rod;
• chest of drawers module with n. 1 drawer, or n. 1+1 drawer arranged horizontally, or n. 1+1 drawer arranged vertically, or n. 2+2 drawers;
• needle and cannula holder;
• defibrillator holder accessory;
• IV/infusion holder accessory with two hooks;
• removable basket;
• manual soap dispenser;
• glove holder.
