CLOSED TROLLEYS
The BAWER Smart Trolley is designed to be the modular solution for storage, distribution of drugs and medical devices, both in hospital inpatient wards and in corridors and operating rooms. Its structure is completely made of stainless steel or powder-coated galvanized steel (color of your choice from BAWER Design color palette). There is no plastic inside, and due to its unique design, the trolley is very light and easy to carry but at the same time sturdy and durable. The doors are made of double sheet metal and are equipped with anti-trauma handle, EPDM dust seal. The doors can make a single space or two adjacent compartments separated by a dividing wall. It can be equipped with a maximum number of 8 drawers equipped with 1 pair of steel slides with full extension ball bearings (600mm) and soft closing system with a load capacity of 40kg. The inner side surfaces of the drawers are shaped with a connected profile to enable a more efficient sanitizing and cleaning process, the drawer fronts have a height of 100/150/300mm depending on the configuration. It is equipped with 4 Ø100mm swivel casters (dynamic load 100kg) of which 2 are electrically conductive with dual-action brake and 4 corner bumpers. Optional: 2nd horizontal handle (one on each side), with ergonomic Ø27mm diameter tubular handle, up to 3 shelves and safety lock.

SINGLE SMART TROLLEY
The BAWER single module smart trolley has dimensions of 500x810x680 (LxHxD mm). Its structure is completely made of satin-finish AISI 304 stainless steel or powder-coated galvanized steel (color of your choice from the BAWER Design color palette, matt finish) with a unique design that makes the trolley both very light and easy to transport, and robust and durable. Its modular structure is composed of:
• a single compartment, equipped with 1 door (choice of right or left opening), made of double AISI 304 stainless steel or powder coated galvanized steel sheet, sheet thickness 0.8 mm, configurable with drawers of different sizes (from 100 mm to 300mm), each equipped with 1 pair of guides in galvanized steel with full extension ball bearings with slowdown system in closing; the fronts of the drawers have an EPDM anti-dust gasket on the internal perimeter, moreover, the body of each drawer is made of AISI 304 with the internal side surfaces shaped with a rounded profile to allow a more efficient sanitization and cleaning process. The drawers are optionally equipped with an anti-overturning system, which does not allow the simultaneous opening of the drawers and a centralized lock;
• 1 or more optional adjustable shelves, available in AISI 304 stainless steel or powder-coated galvanized steel, complete with 4 BAWER Design quick-fit hooks;
• Optionally mounted on the sides of the structure are side panels for ISO trays and baskets, dimensions L530xH320mm, made of injection-molded ABS, gray colour, which allow 10 insertions;
• 2 swiveling wheels, twin, silent and non-marking Ø100mm (dynamic load capacity of 100kg/each, wheel center in polyamide, wheel tread in thermoplastic polyurethane)
• 2 silent, non-marking twin swivel castors Ø100mm (dynamic load capacity of 120kg/each, wheel center in polyamide, wheel tread in thermoplastic polyurethane, equipped with electrically conductive double action foot brake);
• 4 corner bumpers;
• 1 or 2 horizontal handles (one on each side), completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with ergonomic handle in Ø27mm diameter tubular.
The door is equipped with:
• 1 anti-trauma handle in AISI 304 stainless steel;
• EPDM dust seal on the inner perimeter;
• 2 hinges in AISI 304 stainless steel;
• safety lock (optional).

Its structure is completely made of satin-finish AISI 304 stainless steel or powder-coated galvanized steel (color of your choice from the BAWER Design color palette, matt finish) with a unique design that makes the trolley both very light and easy to transport, and robust and durable. Its modular structure is composed of:
• a single compartment, equipped with 1 door (choice of right or
