BENCHES
The structure is made entirely of satin finish stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301, X5CrNi1810) and is designed to guarantee the preservation of hygiene inside as it has no visible fastening and coupling elements. The sides of the structure are composite and hollow cored to increase structural performance and improve sound absorption, vibrations and are shaped so as to prevent accidental removal of the adjustable shelves. The Bawer Design adjustable hinges in AISI 304 stainless steel allow vertical and horizontal adjustment and the integrated magnetic retaining devices for the doors together with the EPDM gasket ensure a perfect closure every time.
8203 Workbench with leaf door. Made entirely of stainless steel with 1 or 2 hinged doors with double layer of sheet metal and ergonomic anti-trauma handle in stainless steel, equipped with 4 levelling feet in stainless steel with ABS support for height adjustment up to 5mm (adjustment key included).
8223 Bench with drawers. The drawers feature a soft closing system and internal side surfaces shaped with a connected smoothing profile to allow a more efficient sanitization and cleaning process. An anti-tipping kit and centralized key lock can be supplied as an option. Up to 5 stainless steel drawers can be provided, each equipped with 1 pair of steel guides with ball bearings, full extension and soft closing system (40kg load). The fronts of the drawers are made of double layer of sheet metal and with an ergonomic anti-trauma handle, they have a height of 150mm with an internal effective height of 75mm.
8213 Washbasin Bench with leaf door. The rear body is equipped with a tube pass hole with anti-trauma gasket, front is equipped with a panel (H=150mm) in order to cover the washbasins. An internal drawer is optionally available.
8233 Combo Bench. The Combo version of the workbench has a leaf door (Right or Left) and drawers, optionally is available with anti-tipping kit and central locking system.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
The tilting 8mm Plexiglas splash guard is made up of a shaped front panel for the safe insertion of the arms, in order to allow the pre-washing and sanitizing operations of the devices to be sterilized. The side brackets allow the device to be kept safely in the high position (open) and low position (closed). It has 1 ergonomic anti-trauma handle in stainless steel and can be fixed to the stainless steel wall or to the existing wall.
The rear panel is made of
composite material of stainless steel and 15mm marine birch plywood
(embedded) to improve vertical stability and load capacity. Optionally a top shelf is equipped with integrated LED light bar, with power supply and light dimmer switch.
The front and/or side plinth completes the finish of the single piece of furniture or of the compositions. Supplied in an assembly kit, it is equipped with steel spring couplings for fixing to the feet and can be made in stainless steel or powder-coated galvanized steel (colours to choose from the BAWER Design palette).
