Center for cardiovascular events with an X-ray operating unit

Context:

To reduce the disability and mortality of the population of the city and districts within a radius of 70-100 km, by reorganizing departments and reconstructing the premises of the city hospital, it is planned to create a Center for Cardiovascular Events with an X-ray operating unit.

Objectives:

• reduction of disability and mortality of the population of Bila Tserkva and districts within a radius of 70-100 km from cardiovascular diseases
• introduction into practice of new methods of diagnosis and treatment, analysis of their effectiveness, dissemination of best practices of the best cardiology and neurological institutions

Structure:

• reception, waiting area for relatives and companions
• examination with ultrasound and manipulation
• operating unit with an angiograph and related premises
• 3-bed intensive care unit with nurses’ station

Task:

• inspect and evaluate possible premises for the center
• develop several variants of the functional plan, taking into account the aspects of emergency care and the placement of adjacent departments
  to develop medical technology
• develop an interior design option
• compile a list of medical equipment, equipment for equipment with a budget calculation of the expected cost
