Expert analytical center

The main task is analytical, expert, legal, informational and methodical support of clients’ projects.

What exactly is included in expert analytical services and why it is better to trust professionals in this matter:

1. preparation of analytical conclusions and proposals for improving the provision of services by the health care institution;

2.provision of advisory, legal and methodical assistance in the economic activity of health care institutions:

• analysis of the institution’s organizational structure and recommendations for its optimization for effective work;
• regulatory support for the audit of the quality of medical services, development of internal documentation regarding the introduction of evaluation of medical and diagnostic work;
• preparation of an institution of any property for accreditation, standardization;
• development of projects of local acts of the institution, in particular the strategy of the institution’s development, memoranda on cooperation with other health care institutions;
• participation in organizational and legal changes (methodical assistance in the creation of territorial medical associations, reorganization of health care institutions).

3.carrying out a monitoring visit to health care institutions for the purpose of conducting an audit of activities. Based on the results, a detailed report is prepared with proposals for improving the indicators of the economic activity of the health care institution;

4.participation in the activity of consultative and advisory bodies of health care institutions (guardian, supervisory, supervisory councils);

5.analysis of the activities of representative bodies of local self-government in the cities of Ukraine, preparation of conclusions and proposals regarding the possibility of borrowing positive experience, including foreign experience, in order to establish cooperation with health care institutions;

6.monitoring and participation in the appointment of general directors of health care institutions.
