In simple words, how exactly will the medical part of the project be carried out: the rational route of the patient, the location of departments/offices/wards/boxes, what equipment should be there, what are its characteristics, navigation, etc. Usually, this service is included in the previous two, but you may have a request to develop medical technology separately to advance the project and/or find funding for it.
Design project
If you already have a ready-made medical part of the project and/or the necessary project part, but you want an atypical design of the premises, which will contribute to the comfortable stay of the patient and his recovery – this section is for you. The use of modern BIM modeling allows you to literally “walk” through your medical facility and see the result.

Details of the stages of cooperation
- Contact us. You can do this by calling us or leaving a request on the website. After that, there is a phone or video consultation, where you voice your ideas, the profile of the institution and the services that will be provided. We exchange official documents (plans of the territory, buildings, ownership of the plot, etc.) and announce the approximate cost based on the volume of work. If everything is fine, we proceed to the next stage.
- Strategic planning. We make a trip to the area, measure the existing premises or territory. Let’s get to know you and discuss your wishes in detail.
- Concept project. Based on this data, we make a concept project in which we offer our vision of the main premises, the plan, develop medical technology and design options. After that, we send you the work and discuss the details.
- Designing. After agreeing on the main points in the concept project, we make a full-fledged design taking into account all divisions (from heating and ventilation to medical gases). All documentation is approved and checked. Congratulations, you have a finished project on your hands!
- Construction. The stage where you can choose the general contractor yourself or we can help with the selection or offer contacts of our proven partners. In any case, we need to cooperate with them together and carry out construction supervision, because the result must correspond to the already approved project.
- Author supervision
- Equipment. After the completion of construction works, we help you in the selection of the necessary medical equipment and furniture – everything that is necessary for full functioning
- Personnel training. A mandatory component when installing modern equipment
