The mission of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION “EXPERT AND ANALYTICAL CENTER “MEDICAL CONSTRUCTOR” is to promote the development of the medical field in Ukraine, through the implementation of international methods of medical technology planning, design and construction. We offer a wide range of professional services in various combinations according to the client’s needs. Launched in 2016, we already have advantages: armed with international standards, a fresh look at the system of providing medical services and a unique proposal for designing the sphere of health care in Ukraine. In the conditions of an unstable economic situation and growing competition, a stable and at the same time flexible system of key performance indicators is needed, which is able to quickly adapt to the changing factors of the health care environment. Victor Mazur
Higher specialized education (KNUBA, Kyiv).

Analysis of the goals and objectives of the premises of the medical facility. - Master plan: ensuring rational zoning of premises, functional connections, adjacent premises, determination of optimal spatial planning solutions.
- BIM modeling of space for optimal placement and mutual location of equipment, furniture and fittings.

Anastasia Charley
Higher professional education (Lviv Polytechnic University).
- Development of architectural projects of stages “P”, “R”, creation of volume-planning solutions of buildings; possession of the normative base of documents.
- Joint work on the project with engineers of adjacent sections (OV. VC, ETR, SZ, etc.).
- Support of the project during examinations (communication with experts, removal of comments);
Visiting construction sites and performing author supervision. - Execution of design projects and investment documentation for the facility.
Maria Zasulska
Master of Law (KhNU named after V.N. Karazin).
- Engaged in legal practice since 2015. Since 2018, he has specialized in the field of medical law.
- Competences include: support of the economic activities of health care institutions, and also has experience in representing the interests of hospitals in state authorities.
- Professional interests: development and improvement of medical reforms in Ukraine in accordance with modern practices.
Fedor Miroshnikov
Higher medical and economic education.
- Opening “from scratch” medical institutions of various forms of ownership.
- Reconstruction of existing hospitals and departments in order to comply with modern world standards.
